The Del Sol Subdivision is one of the Gems in the Cedar City Real Estate Market. It is located south of the Cove Ridge Subdivision. It is a smaller subdivision of custom homes. It was built in the early 2000's. These are really nice homes. It is a very stable subdivision, in fact there are no homes listed for sale currently, and have only had 1 home sell in the past year.

These are typically on slightly larger lots .3 up to .5 of an acre, and most of the homes offer views.

Market Update 1/25/2012: There is currently 1 home listed for sale in the Multiple Listing Service. It is listed at $254,999. In the past 12 month there have been no sales in the Del Sol subdivision. There are no lots listed for sale in the Del Sol subdivision. This really is a beautiful subdivision with beautiful homes in the Cedar City Real Estate Market.
