Construction Update:
Closing Day at Deer Valley Ski Resort.
Years ago, we watched the excavation of the site at the top of Portugese Gap where the St. Regis tower will be located.
It's pretty incredible to see the hotel taking shape.The framing is nearly complete for the St. Regis Condos, which are the lower 7 stories of the hotel.
In the months ahead, the top four stories-the St. Regis Residences-will begin to take shape.
