RV Motor-home Insurance Salt Lake

Salt Lake City Utah has so many wonderful places to take day trips and week long vacations to. Here are some of my favorite day trips that my family has enjoyed:

1. Yuba Lake Reservoir. About an hour and a half or so from Salt Lake City. This place is incredible. Head South on I-15 and you run right into the Yuba State Park exit. Head east off the exit and it is down on your left about a 5 minutes five minute drive. If you are looking for a sandy shore take the North Shore strip. This is the first entrance of two on your left. We love this place because you can park your RV or trailer right on the beach. Just a warning the "sand" is clay and it gets kind of gooey right when you get in the water, but does become firmer and more normal feeling after a few feet.

2. Bear Lake. Quite popular and depending on how far you go around the lake about 2.5-3 hours. A great place to and have a nice stay-cation. Lots of camping spots and a very fun place.

More of our favorite places are coming up in another post. Make sure that when you are enjoying making memories with your family that you are protecting those memories. Take a water proof digital camera and protect them, because you can't get those back.

Make sure that you have proper insurance coverage when pulling that trailer, or when driving your RV. Nothing can be worse than driving to a vacation with your family/friends and suddenly there is an accident which puts a damper on things. The only thing worse than that is when someone is injured or killed. Do you have enough insurance coverage to make sure that your family can still go on vacations and live their life after an accident? Don't wonder, know for certain.
