Within a week I had it listed, and an offer sent into the equator system and all the sellers paperwork submitted. I was extremely lucky since both loans were with bank of america and I was able to work both loans at one time thru the equator system.
Of course we had items pop up here and there. Their were times that the sellers were frustrated and I'm sure the buyers too. We had HOA fees pop up at the end, assessments with the city and all the normal last minute items.
