Kaysville homes experienced a slight drop in 2001 then steadily increased until 2006. In the years following, the number of homes sold took a pretty big drop over two years and then almost completely rebounded last year. Homes in Kaysville are priced above the estimated appreciation line but are similar to prices in surrounding cities.
