The base price of their homes, without lots, is $92,000 for 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage, Tri-Level Homes near 1,500 square feet. These homes also come with unfinished basements, that can potentially be 4 bedroom houses. In the Green Meadows and RoseHill Neighborhoods, the base models of these homes can be purchased for less than $150,000. New Construction homes in Logan haven't been this cheap for years.
