Although January and February had the lowest number of homes sold Cache Valley since 2001, now that it is spring time the Logan, UT real estate market is really picking up! March isn't even over yet and there has been 51 homes sale in Cache Valley. This is 10 more than in Jan. and Feb.
Cornerstone Real Estate has more homes under contract than ever and I have had a few listings with multiple offers. These are all signs that the real estate market in Logan Utah is picking up!
