Cache County March Sales Numbers better, But Still Down.

The unofficial numbers for march show that 66 residential homes were sold in Cache County, Utah. This is up 35% from last month, but down nearly 17% from March of 2008 when 79 residential Cache Valley Homes sold.

Nearly 77% of the homes sold in March were less than $200,000. The Affordable Homes are selling.

On the market right now there are 747 residential homes for sale in Logan. 46% of these listings are less than $200,000. The largest section of homes for sale are priced between $200,000-$250,000, more than 17%. Just 32% of the active listings are priced between $140,000 and $200,000.
