Box Elder Home Sales Struggle in March

While Home Sales Numbers picked up in Most of Utah, they didn't improve for Box Elder Real Estate. For the second straight month, Box Elder County had just 22 residential home sales, down 45% from last year when there were 40 Box Elder County Homes Sold.

Box Elder County Currently has 329 active residential homes for sale. The median price of these listings is $188,500 and the average list price is $211,164, well over the March average sold price of $167,886. Of these listings, 90 are Homes in Brigham City, 92 are Homes for Sale in Tremonton, 40 are in Perry, and 38 are in Willard. The remaining properties are in the outlying areas of Box Elder County.
