• 6017 of these are single family houses.
• That's almost 79% of the inventory being detached homes.
• 1610 are Condominiums listed for sale. Almost 21%.
• Only 21% of the homes for sale are distressed property: IE: Bank Owned, Short Sales, Foreclosures, Pre-Foreclosures, HUD Homes and REOs.

Last 30 Days Activity Of Salt Lake Homes For Sale:

• In the last 30 days 1919 new listings were added to the MLS.
• 1564 were single family detached homes.
• Three hundred fifty five, (18.4%) were condominiums.
• Two hundred four (10.6%) were short sales.
• One hundred twenty five (6.5%) were Bank Owned Foreclosures in Salt Lake.

Salt Lake Homes For Sale Under Contract:

• In the last 30 days 1187 SLC Homes were placed under contract.
• Thirty three of these contracts were for Short Sales.
• One hundred eighty two contracts written were for Salt Lake Foreclosed Homes.(15.3%).
• Only 2 of these houses are Condominiums.
