Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Utah's newest home needs a family!

How exciting! Habitat For Humanity of Southwest Utah recently acquired a home that needs a family. Please help our community by spreading the word to anyone you know who may be interested in applying.

The home is located at 102 East 615 North in La Verkin, Utah. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, and it is 1,101 square feet with an attached garage. The total cost will be approximately $109,000, and the monthly mortgage payments will be approximately $500 per month (includes property taxes and hazard insurance). A down payment in the approximate amount of $1,000 will need to be paid at closing.

There will be a MANDATORY meeting for anyone who may be interested in applying for the home. At the meeting everyone will be informed about the requirements necessary to be considered for a Habitat home. Applications will be distributed at the meeting to be taken home and returned no later than Thursday, September 23, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at two locations on different dates:

Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Habitat for Humanity Office 1070 W. 1600 S., Bldg. B, in St. George, Utah.

Thursday, September 16, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Hurricane Fine Arts Building 92 S. 100 W., in Hurricane, Utah.
