Thankful Thursdays: Backseat Drivers Tell 'Em Where To Go!

When you think of a backseat driver, thoughts typically take a negative turn...right?! Not in this case and I'll tell you why.

Most out-of-area clients come from referrals and I often will sit in the back seat while viewing properties.

This allows:

• The driver to pay attention to road conditions without unecssary distractions
• A conversation with both clients rather than me talking straight ahead while behind the wheel
• Them to get to know the area better by driving and paying attention to the many areas that southern Utah provides

It works well for everyone and increases familiarity of the local area. And if you become a backseat driver, you can tell 'em where to go too!
