Million Dollar Homes In Salt Lake County


SALT LAKE COUNTY: There are currently 106 single family homes over 1million asking price

DEAL OF THE DAY: Best price / sqft is in Draper, $82/sqft almost one acre of land

Highest price / sqft $740/sqft only 1700sqft the value is in the land almost 5 acres of horse property

Oldest home : Built in 1913, you can't tell by looking at it, but there must be an original part of this 7,000sqft home that is from 1913.

HORSE PROPERTY: 8 of the homes state they are qualified as horse property

What I have found interesting is that the homes over 1million have had a slightly different outcome over the last two years than the homes under 300,000. I would have thought the market would have been tougher in this price range but in 2011 the days on market went down, average price sold went UP, the average number of listings went down but the number of homes that sold went UP.

I can't wait to see what 2012 brings.
