Tom, Please give me your definition of soft so I can answer appropriately. Inventory is still on the rise, average sold prices are flat or slightly positive, buyers are starting to buy again and still have the upper hand in negotiations as they really can just go buy a different house in most situations where the Seller will not be realistic with their pricing and/or other terms.
