According to the Salt Lake Tribune today sales of existing homes along the Wasatch front are down 42% from last year first quarter. 1822 units sold during the first quarter not including condo's.
Home prices in Salt Lake County and Davis county remained basically unchanged at $242,000 and $200,000 respectively.
Tooele County saw some of the most drastic changes with a 45.5% drop in existing home sales and a overall 6.3 median sales price reduction.
Utah County had a 41.7% drop in sales and the median price was down 2%.
