Benjamin Clark is an exclusive buyer's agent, representing buyers only in real estate transactions and in our case, for the purchase of a primary residence in Salt Lake. He showed us over 150 homes in the four months we spent house hunting and patiently educated us about every aspect of making a real estate transaction, including mortgage analysis, the importance of home inspections and home warranties and negotiations with the seller. He is a FORMIDABLE and SKILLED negotiator and will work extremely hard to negotiate the BEST DEAL possible for you as his client. He gives great attention to detail, follows up every aspect that comes up in the course of a purchase and is passionate about his work.

EVERYONE should know what it is like to work with an exclusive buyer's agent and with Benjamin in particular. He represented us with professionalism and poise and he clearly had our best interest in mind from the start. As he is free of any conflicting loyalties to buyer and seller as an exclusive buyer's agent, we felt so much more at ease with him than we ever had in any of our dealings with other real estate agents. Over the course of four months of house hunting, he never lost his enthusiasm for the whole process and never hesitated to give us his undivided attention, time and professional skills (working both over personal holidays and late into the night for us on occasion). During the process, he displayed an impressive knowledge base of houses and neighborhoods in the Salt Lake Valley. While always pleasant and enjoyable to work with, he also harbors downright formidable negotiating skills and savvy, which he deployed on our behalf during negotiations with the seller.
