Thank you Sam's Club

I'm sure we have all heard about the Big Box stores and how they are putting the little guys out of business. I am so grateful for Sam's Club and the way they helped me today.

I was in bed this morning finishing up a powerpoint for a training today and my two year old daughter climbed into bed. I moved over to help her and my Lap Top slid off onto the ground. On the way down it hit our night stand breaking the screen. It is a tablet PC that cost around $1000. I use it daily in my brokerage.

Not the best start to the day.

I called around and checked on line to see what it would take to replace it. I might as well buy a new one I was told. I called Sam's Club to check if by chance I had bought a warranty. I had not and asked them if they had any connections to get a new screen. They asked me when I bought it and I told them just a couple of months ago. They told me if I had the receipt I could just take it in and get a new one. I told them again, " you don't understand I broke it " They said we know we have a 6 month return policy.

I took it back in after I found the receipt and packaging, the price had gone down, so I walked out of there with a new lap top, a 3 year warranty, and $65 in my pocket.

Thank you again for taking care of your customers. I will be a loyal customer for a long time.

We need to show this level of service with our clients. Not to be taken advantage of but to build long term relationships.
