Providence Utah Real Estate has shown a increase in active homes on the market from previous months. Currently there are 72 active homes in the Providence Utah home market. Compared to last year at this time, the active listings are actually down. It has changed, but not by much. The Providence home market should increse in listings as we get closer to the Spring. When that happens we should be prepared for the water gates to open up and see the active listings stablize and the sold listings to increase!
