The Providence Utah real estate market has had a slight drop in homes sold compared to last year. Within a year there have been 84 Providence, Utah homes sold. As Spring sets in we are looking for this number to increase substantially. The outlook for the Providence market is looking to stablize, hopefully return to steady numbers by the end of the summer. Hopefully the rest of Utah will follow.
