Providence Utah is the second oldest city in Cache County Utah, its first residence settled in 1859. Providence is located about 1 mile south of Logan Utah. Providence City has traditionally been a rural community, but in the past 10 years it has experienced a burst of growth in both residential and commercial properties. The population is currently around 6,500. Providence has an elementary school and middle school in town. Providence Utah is a great location, close to Logan with the feel of a rural community.
