Last Friday my guy finally spoke to someone in corporate, the man said he would look into it and get back to my guy, it has been 4 days and not a word. Once again, when a big corporation or change no one seems to really care.

Be an advocate for quality service, put customers first and make an honest living and the rest will take care of itself.

Remember the Golden Rule, do unto others, whether client, customer, elder, friend or stranger...that's what I was taught and what I taught my kids.
