Look at Foreclosures in Salt Lake Under $400,000

If you want to look at Foreclosures in Salt Lake under $400,000 pickings are slim right now. When I pulled up the MLS listings on Foreclosed homes and Condos in Salt Lake this morning to mail my list of home buyers looking to buy a house in that price range I could only find 5 or 6 .

One was an auction and since we don't recommend that our clients buy a foreclosure at auction we didn't mention it.

In the past, we would find this many Bank Owned Homes listed in just Sandy or West Jordan or Daybreak in South Jordan UT. I don't know if the market is changing or last month was a bad month. We will keep an eye on that.

Buying a foreclosure can still be a good deal. There just aren't so many out there.
