I would have thought that prices were much higher than that.  I was in Park City for a month a few years back and you couldn't get a condo for those prices.

Matthew - Park City, although only about 30 minutes from the Salt Lake Airport is in Summit County and this report only covers Salt Lake County. Thanks!
