Real Estate in Sandy saw 3% more homes sold. Median sold prices were lowered 8.35% to the mid 200's and average sold prices were lowered 13.41% to the lower 300's. Current prices of Sandy homes are 20-30% higher than sold price and inventory is at 7.3 months.
