I'm sure there is some kind of regulation about vegetation growing on city signs but this eye catching stop in Alexandria's Del Ray neighborhood seems to have defied the powers that be.
Plus, folks actually STOP here instead of just slowing down.
And the best part? It lasts well into fall, succumbing only with heavy frost.
