18th Century Late Harvest Ball in Alexandria, Virginia

Late Harvest Ball - With the end of the harvest season, comes the Late Harvest Ball, an 18th century tradition. The ball will be held in the historic ballroom where Washington and other famous Alexandrians danced in the late 1770's. A variety of English country dances will be features. There will be live music and a dessert collation. Dress is "after-five" attire or Period Costume. Reservations required. Cost is $45 in advance, $50 at the door (if tickets are available).
