OMG!  I wish we could sell land like that around here for that!  Land prices are insane here....Maybe I should MOVE!

Debbie - Good luck with the sale of the farm in Appomattox. It looks like a beautful piece of property.

Ruthmarie, this is an absolutely beautiful piece of property. There are mountain views as you drive down Oak Ridge Road, you can't touch land like this in New England!

Bill, thanks, someone will love to call this property home.

Debbie, either way that you package this property, it is a great deal for someone.

Danny, our area is so beautiful and affordable. This property would be wonderful for so many, retired folks, someone considering raising horses or alpaca, large or extended family, homeschool families. We're fortunate to have large tracts of land still available at such a reasonable price. Thanks for your comments!

Debbie, being from New Jersey it is absolutely unfathomable to me to get 51 acres for $325k!

Hi Lisa, I know it is a bargain compared to the northeast. Coming from Massachusetts, you don't often see parcels of land this large.
