As usual you are right there with the exact formula for any real estate professional to achieve success. Most of the crap being sold in real estate motivation seminars  could and perhaps should be replaced with this simple plan of action. Build passion for what you do by learning. There are no shortcut tricks. There is only knowledge and passion.

William.  My formula is really quite simple.  Learn the market, advertise your services and when a buyer contacts you, work hard to find them the best home for their money.  Simple minded formula.
