If you read (and listen to the news) you would think the market is not moving at all. Well for Charlottesville Real Estate that just is not true!

I just closed on the above home. It is fabulously finished with grand details. Full finished terrace level with theater area, rec-room and additional bed and bath.
I for one am a little tired of the "talking heads" on the news telling us how bad things are and that we have to do this or that....
Do not believe the news, talk to an expert in your area!

I am with you Charles! Enough of the bad news. Move on.
Hi Chuck . . good stuff . . . You're so right. Too many beaople simply listen to too many people . . . . Thanks for your post. Very good information.
Thanks
Jim
Charles,
How true! The media has had a more diastrous effect on the real estate market than any lenders!!! Thanks, Fran
Hi Charles,
I so agree with you. Even in my business of Credit Repair, we are busy helping people qualify for a loan to make the purchase of a home a reality. Once we repair the credit not only do they make a purchase, but they save money over time in interest. So we have a client, a Realtor makes a sale. a title company gets involved,the inspector has work ,,,I can go on and on.So please do not believe everything you see on TV.
If you are that slow,make some changes!!! Work with a network. Most of my referrals come from networking. Get out there...make connections and start the ball rolling. You would be surprised how many people you affect by bringing in one client...Happy Friday!!!

@Lori - Excellent point! I agree with you 100%
I'm with you Charles! I am closing shortly on one home, in contract two days ago for another and a listing last week.
It's all in the manner of how we handle whatever comes our way :) :) Thanks for a positive message. Too much junk flying around.
until you can go down to the county recorders office on a business day and there are no deeds changing hands, then there is real estate deals to be done
People will always need shelter. I'm glad you are having great success i'm with you on actually evalulating each market seperately. The main stream media just doesn't paint an accurate picture.
Indeed, reading the news does not give you accurate LOCAL information on the market!
