Now, she is more commonly known by her picture.... arrayed as the "Lady In Red" sitting on a horse, with what appears to be a fox seated behind her! That's Wallace! - dressed for the occassion in FULL GEAR!

Here is a little more about her: Wallace S. Gibson is the owner of Landlord Tenant Services and Gibson Management Group, Ltd. in Charlottesville, VA. She has over 30 years of residential and commercial property management experience. She holds the professional designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and in the past held the Master Property Manager (MPM) designation awarded by the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). She is the past Chairperson of the Virginia Association of Realtors Property Management Advisory Council.

While she was a long standing member of NARPM, and was on their national board of directors and taught their designation courses, she has not taught in several years and is no longer a member.

Wallace does, however maintain her CPM designation and currently continues as a member of IREM in involved with the Virginia Association of Realtors which has an EXCELLENT Property Management Council, which she served as PMC Chair for 2 years.
