I am here to tell you that even though house values may have dropped recently in areas that you can still refinance. If you have a VA loan ( Veterans Administration Mortgage) you are eligible to refinance and lower your payment with no appraisal needed.
Here are some of the benefits :
The process is simple.
That means if you owe $250,000 on your mortgage and homes in your area are $240,000 then it is ok! We can still lower your payments.

Naoma - Am I to understand that you do VA loans also? You? Or your company? I have never completed a VA loan myself so I ask because if I come across one I can send it your way. Then again, I am not sure if you are licensed for TX. Are you?
John - I absolutely LOVE doing the VA loans! Being in such a military town it is a must for any LO. If you have any questions on doing one feel free to email or call and I can walk you through it. I am not licensed in TX but I do have someone that I trust to do them. :)
Thanks Naoma. I'll keep you in mind.
this program comes in handy with todays market.....
Hi Naoma, thought I'd stop by to see what you're up to and I love how you responded on this post. While you are not licensed in TX you offered another person that you trust - love that! I think this is a great program you are brining forward to agents and consumers. Wondering - do you post to localism - programs like this should not be kept a secret! Thanks for sharing. ~Anne Marie
Anne - I think Active Rain for all that it has done for my business and mostly for all of the networking that I now do.
