What is Uncle Sam doing about the $8000 home buyers tax credit?

Do you think he will extend? There's already been one extension - but I've heard that they may come out with a $6500 credit that will phase itself down by $500 a month until it is at the minimun amount of $3000 or $3500?? Have you heard about this? Let me know!

What does the Washington lobbyist for NAR have to say about it? I sure hope their lobbyist has done something.
