Charlottesville Real Estate - Hummm.....

Charlottesville Virginia

It was 9 years ago that I moved to Charlottesville. Little did I know how much it would change things for my family and myself. Everyday I feel blessed to live in such a beautiful area of the country.

The photo above (I took 2 days ago) is the view from my front yard looking down the road. With the seasons it is every changing!

Charlottesville Real Estate is the same. It is ever changing. Every home I see with clients I try to envision the 4 seasons. It takes some time to be able to do this but the rewards are endless!

I hope you enjoyed this photo as much as I did taking it!

Charles, that's a mighty cold blog.  Couldn't you warm it up some?

I have a good friend in Arlington who is always telling me about her trips to Charlottesville to visit her  sister....and now, when I look at your pic's, I really get the concept of how beautiful it is!

It seems that there is a lot to learn on Active Rain. Thank you for your post.

Just beautiful, Charles.  Thanks for sharing.

Beuatiful if you don't have to drive.

Charles,

It's actually breathtaking to take in all the beauty...!!! Thanks,   Fran

Hey Charles.  Great pic, but if you want snow -check out the home I just listed this week.  You can link to it's website at www.RavineView.com and make any suggestions as to where I might possibly put up a "For Sale" sign!  =-)

PS.  How far is Charlottesville to Arlington? My son is probably headed down there in March for a dance conference.  Who knows?  If I can get away, I might just join him.

A very peaceful scene.  I could almost hear a branch  breaking somewhere in the woods.

I had a GREAT time up in C'ville when my beloved Trojans rolled into town to play UVA.  LOVED the UVA campus, the Lawn, Scott Stadium.  C'ville is a quintessential college town, and the pedestrian mall was great too.  Just minutes (maybe 30) from the Blue Ridge Parkway...I was only disappointed the game wasn;t in late October when I suspect the fall colors are breathtaking up there.

Charles, Nice pix. Sadly, we are in an area that gets little snow. It generally goes around us. BTW, the WW pix was taken in Sitka, AK...

Hi Charles:

You did get some snow there....wow.  Looks really nice however!

That is absolutely beautiful, Charles!  It looks so pretty with the newly fallen snow.

Now that's a beautiful and tranquil view to wake up to ... no matter what the season. Hey we've had two little snows down here on the coast. That almost never happens! Enjoy.

Wow thank you Charles for the update on this topic.
