LANSDOWNE ON THE POTOMAC: Daily News for the Week of February 5, 2012

Lansdowne on the Potomac Daily News is featured here for the benefit of families considering this community as a future home for their families. As a former resident of Lansdowne on the Potomac I am happy to help those interested in learning more about benefits of living in Lansdowne - or any surrounding areas of Leesburg, Loudoun County, or Northern Virginia.

Please feel free to call me at 703.635.0388, or let me know your particular interest in today's real estate market. I would be honored to be of service to your family!

As a reminder, there will be a Budget and Finance Committee meeting in the Potomac Club Ballroom and an Activities Committee meeting in the Conference room tonight, February 6th, 6:30PM. As always, residents are welcome to attend.

The Activities Committee wants the community's input and guidance on activities and events held in the community. The Board of Directors has approved a total net budget of $75,000 (after total expenses, income and sponsorship) for 2012, which is about $2.90 per month for each homeowner. Through creative planning and managing the budget, the Committee expanded the events in 2011 offering 29 community events which helped bring friends and neighbors together.

To participate in the survey, please CLICK HERE. Residents may also access the survey by visiting the community website, www.lansdownehoa.comand clicking on the Activities Survey tab.

Thank you in advance for taking time to provide feedback in order to help the Activities Committee offer great community events in Lansdowne.

Final day to submit a survey will be Friday, February 10th.
