Thanks Katerina. This is one of my favorite communities. Fabulously planned and built. I'd like to sell ONE more home in there before it's built out.
I'm on a quest to get away from selling so many foreclosures and get back to my core business which is luxury homes.
Lenn, I couldn't find the square footage. It looks nice but I'm not sure if our staff will fit in such a little home. I find it difficult to dust or cook or clean or vacuum or do laundry or mop a floor or make a bed or draw a bath so my staff has plenty to do! Dishes and windows are a definite no-no.
You should have your people talk to my people about the square footage and our requirements. What's my monthly on that?

Lenn- we have a family friend that lives there...BEAUTIFUL doesnt describe the views. He is in the townhome section- backs to the Potomac. He gave me a tour last fall- The clubhouse is lovely, the entryways and grounds are lush and he loves the neighbors. As a gal coming from NC I found it an easy community to locate off the highway and easy to access DC (reason for my visit ) ... Good post on the community Lenn!
