Roberta. Right now, it's $2,000,000. In $10,000 increments. That's a lot of buyers. I'm working it.
Lenn - That is a great program and should help move some inventory. It is also the type of help first time home buyers need since they are usually short on money for down payment and closing.

I think thats a great way to put a family into a home. I know when we bought our first we were able to take 10K from our IRA without too many penalties. This is a great program for families really looking for a roof over their heads without getting over their heads.
