Manassas, VA: Christmas Events 2008

If you are resident of Prince William County, Manassas Park or Manassas City there are some upcoming holiday events to put on the calendar.

Friday, December 5th at the Manassas Musuem in Old Town Manassas, the annual Christmas Tree Lighting will take place. The festivities start at 6:30pm and admission is free. In addition to the lighting of the tree, there will be free hayrides and visits with Santa. For more information call 703-361-6599.

On Saturday, December 6th, the Old Town Manassas Christmas Parade will begin at 10am. Parade starts arat Mathis Avenue and ends at the intersection of Center Street and Grant Avenue. After the parade, bring the little ones by the Train Depot from 2pm-5pm for enchanted Christmas stories.
