This fall the areas Homearama will again be in Norfolks' East Beach. East Beach was the site of the 2004 Homearama and greatly helped jump start the redevelopement. With the economy the way it is, East Beach has kind of stopped growing and it is hoped that Homearama will help new buyers come into the area. Right now there are about 300 homes built with room for 400 more. There will be about 15 built on 24th St for the upcoming Homearama. The price range is from the mid $300,000 to over $750,000.
