27 houses sold in November, as opposed to 41 in Nov 2006
The average days on market 169, in Nov 2006 it was 127
As of November 30 2007, there are 537 houses for sale in Orange County, if 27 sell each month it's plain to see that we have an extremely large inventory of homes. I'll keep you updated.
