Take a look at the 9 homes closed in Culpper County for the period of March 30 -April 5, 2009 according to the Metropolitan Regional Information Service, the local MLS. The average sold price of these homes was $221,459. Average time on market was 224 days. An unofficial look at March unit sales indicates 56 homes sold for the month in Culpeper.
