Fantastic! Just one more item to show that the economy is starting to turn. I heard that in January Atlantic and Cape May counties in NJ increased; I'm only one county north of them.

Lenn I think that this is the first report that I have seen that the prices have gone up. Everything that I have seen show prices still going down. I hope you guys are the start of this trend changing.
