Plain and simple. NOVA homes are selling quickly. Our inventory continues to shrink and our sales in most places are still climbing. This can't continue.

These numbers tell us that people are buying real estate RIGHT NOW why ???? because its one of the best times to buy real estate. Northern Virginia is its own market and can not be compared to the rest of the US. Investors and first time home buyers know that right now is the best time to buy.

Real Estate should be considered for long term gain (3-5, 5-10 years) Not instant gratification which happend in 2003/2004 When you consider that you will probably be in this house for 5+ years, then now is absolutely the best time to buy, IF you are still living within your means.
