Home Sales were up in July 2009 and business is heating up for waterfront properties

Buyers are taking advantage of what appears to be as near to the bottom as perceivable and I am actually swamped with showings! Let's hope for a beautiful Indian summer to inspire buyers to get active and see our properties in a sparkling fall glow! I am always optimistic with my sellers and customers and never let them see me perplexed or negative!
