The lots start at $60,000 and all are 1+ acres.

We have a few home plans to choose from but we want everyone to know that if you have your own plans to your dream home, our builder will be happy to price it out for you and build it on your preferred lot. If you have a home plan, please contact me so that I can present it to our builder for pricing. Requirements you will have to meet to build your own home plan are:

1) Home must be 2000 square feet or larger
2) Home must have atleast a 2 car attached garage
3) Home must be of all brick or stone
