Buyers want info, and a friendly honest guide in real estate

It has amazed me lately, when so many agents say they have no business or listings.. yet they don't seem to want to leave home or do simply follow up with their past clients..

When I get calls, I try to be so helpful to them, giving them lots of info on the homes, directions, or whatever,, by asking a few general questions, I can then ask if they would like to receive the listings from the mls as soon as they hit the market.. wha la... I set them up to receive the listings and we roll on from there.. Some times it just the basics.. take it to the bank !!!!
