Irongate - A Neighborhood in Manassas, Virginia

As an appraiser (providing residential appraisals in Northern Virginia and Washington, DC), I get to see a lot of different places. When I have time, I report on them:

Irongate is a community of a couple hundred two-level (no-basement) townhomes in Manassas, in Prince William County, near the mall. These attached townhouses were built 35 years ago and are affordable. Interstate 66, which leads north to Washington, DC, is close.

Irongate is bounded on the north by Lomond Drive, on the east by Barrett Drive, and on the south and west by Sudley Road (Route 234).
