I have a question for you: Can a REALTOR® sell a Williamsburg Va home at an open house? If your REALTOR® says that open houses are for the agent and not the home owner, I can tell you that is not true for all REALTORS®.

I once sold a house to the first couple that came through an open house that I held for one of my sellers.

Now there are times when I am not able to hold an open house for one of my sellers but I have always been able to find an agent in my office to hold the open house for my sellers because, not only might they sell the listing but very often they are able to pick up additional clients that they met at an open house.
