It is conviently located off of Centerville Turnpike and Etheridge Manor Blvd. Etheridge Woods and Etheridge Manor are nearby communities. The children in this neighborhood attend Butts Road Primary, Butts Road Elementary, Hickory Middle, and Hickory High.
