For years, BEDBUGS were nearly extinct in the United States. Unfortunately, they are making a come back and they can be a true nuisance.
A question surfaces about what should a tenant do if they have bedbugs and the Landlord refuses to act on behalf of them and their situation? Should the tenant fix the problem and then deduct the expenses from their rent that would otherwise be due the Landlord?
