Each month our MLS puts out the marketing reports for the area. While there are quite a bit of homes for sale in Prince William County, the number of Active listings have gone done from November to December. In November there were 6488 Active listings and in December that number dropped slightly to 6339. A total of 408 homes sold in the month of December while only 388 sold in November. Hopefully over the next few months more and more homes will be sold and our huge inventory will go down.
